This is the FIRST OFFICIAL ONLINE DIET program for South Africa. We have more than a decade experience in dieting and our success statistics shows that it WORKS! That is why we have decided to use all our experience and with utmost care construct an online diet program that will help you lose weight in the comfort of your office or home.



Our Program works as follows: after you have registered online and received the kit you ordered, you must read and follow the Diet in your Program Booklet (supplied in your kit).



Your Diet Program starts the first time you Weigh In and will run for either four (4) or eight (8) weeks according to how many kilo's you want to lose. You are required to record your weight at least twice a week or every third day, for example, if you weighed in on Monday you can then weigh in again on Thursday.
Your progress will be charted on a Graph that automatically updates every time you enter your NEW weight.



If you have NOT lost weight since your last Weigh-In, a short Correction List will be presented to guide you to a possible cause. As each individual has their own personal block/s that could be preventing them form loosing weight effectively. In this way we can provide a personal program that will help you attain your goal of loosing weight and achieving a better, healthier you.
